Be able to manage project permissions by organization or “team” in Qfieldcloud-admin

We are considering sharing a self-hosted QFieldCloud instance with several French National Parks (a similar project is under consideration on the side of the regional parks).
On this instance, there would be several project administrators (one per fleet). We would like to be able to segment the administration and the view of projects by organization (or by team, I don't know which is more appropriate).
We can offer a PR if you are interested in this topic.
